Every Capyaro artwork is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damage or an incorrect item

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Keep the packaging while we review any shipping damage.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
